Technical Field Specialist – Clinical Support (Athens)

About the role

We are recruiting a Clinical Specialist to join our team in Athens. The role supports surgical procedures, ensures effective use of our medical devices in clinical settings, and delivers high-quality service to healthcare partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical support during surgical procedures.
• Prepare, handle, and deliver surgical instruments and medical devices.
• Collaborate with surgeons and hospital teams to understand case requirements.
• Coordinate daily surgical schedules and ensure material readiness.
• Verify hospital charge sheets and manage post-procedure documentation.
• Manage return, sterilisation, and handling of instruments and materials.
• Support the full sales cycle through accurate documentation, delivery notes, invoicing and order tracking.
• Gather insights on customer needs, market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, Nursing or related field.
• Strong understanding of anatomy and surgical procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure operating-room environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organisational skills, accuracy and accountability.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
