Health Visitor – Occupational Health Team

About the role

Health First is seeking a Health Visitor to join its Occupational Health team in Acharnes, Athens. The role combines clinical work, preventive healthcare, and workplace health promotion while supporting corporate clients on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Perform occupational health assessments at client premises.
• Conduct spirometry, audiometry, visual acuity testing and musculoskeletal assessments.
• Support Occupational Physicians during workplace visits.
• Cover Occupational Health clinics for colleagues when needed.
• Maintain medical records and examination reports.
• Prepare and maintain medical equipment before client visits.
• Participate in health‑promotion initiatives and preventive healthcare programs.

Required profile

• Degree in Health Visiting with a valid professional licence.
• BLS/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Driving licence.
• Good command of Greek and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Professional appearance and willingness to travel within Attica.
