Team Leader - RF/Analog Analysis & Characterization

About the role

Renesas Electronics is looking for a team leader in RF/Analog Analysis & Characterization in Athens. You will manage and lead a team responsible for pre- and post-silicon activities on RF, analog and PHY system circuit building blocks, from transistor level to full chain and system, so that they meet functional and performance specifications and give Renesas a competitive advantage in the IC market.

Key responsibilities

• Find problems during the pre-silicon phase and plan DFT solutions
• Implement RF/analog driver definitions and fixes
• Bring up the chip in the lab (mainly debugging) and evaluate chip performance (mainly optimization)
• Support design by helping mitigate issues
• Define automation and tooling for analysis, debugging and data collection
• Analyze data statistics and provide formal data sheet parameters

Required profile

• Experience in RF/analog system design or chip design (more than 3 years)
• Experience with RF/analog testing equipment and working in the lab
• Ability to debug and solve complex silicon issues
• Experience managing at least 1-2 people or matrix management (big advantage)
• Highly proficient English, written and spoken, and good interpersonal communication
• Ability to convince others technically and to set and meet goals and deadlines
