Team Leader – Retail Store, Piraeus

About the role

Supporting store management by motivating and developing the team while achieving store targets. Working on the sales floor to assist customers throughout the store.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Keep the store fully stocked and assist with the sales process.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products.
• Process payments, package purchases, and handle cash and card transactions.
• Take inventory, monitor the sales floor, and manage schedules.
• Ensure staff adhere to company guidelines and procedures.
• Open and close the store, overseeing day‑to‑day operations.
• Represent the brand and uphold the highest standards in daily functions.
• Achieve sales goals to meet store objectives for sales and profit.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail sales.
• Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to handle cash and credit‑card payments.
• Computer skills to use the retail sales program.
• Capability to manage schedules and inventory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an approachable attitude.
• Attentive to customers’ needs and determined to provide satisfaction.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
