About the role
Join the KIABI team at Top Parks in Piraeus as a Sales Assistant. You will interact directly with customers, help them find the right products, and contribute to the store’s overall performance.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with clients across all sales areas, providing a highly personalised approach.
- Meet set sales targets and promote product ranges.
- Stock, replenish and maintain clean sales areas.
- Process various types of payments accurately.
- Offer guidance and suggest products based on customers’ needs, using specialist product knowledge.
- Package goods professionally for customers.
- Handle customer complaints effectively.
- Monitor and update display areas to keep them attractive.
- Count and balance cash registers and receipts.
- Check inventory, report discrepancies and inform staff of stock requirements.
Required profile
- Fluent communication in English.
- Good organisational skills.
- Patient and well‑controlled when dealing with clients.
- Customer‑focused mindset.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
