About the role
Join the KIABI store in Smart Park, Athens as a part‑time Sales Assistant. You will support customers throughout their shopping journey, help maintain the sales floor and contribute to achieving store targets.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with clients in all areas of sales, providing a highly personalised approach
- Meet set sales targets
- Stock, replenish and clean sales areas
- Process payments of various kinds
- Offer guidance and suggest products specific to customers’ needs, using product knowledge
- Package goods for customers professionally
- Effectively handle customer complaints
- Monitor and update display areas
- Count and balance cash register and receipts
- Stamp or attach price tags and verify accuracy against price list
- Check inventory periodically, report discrepancies and inform staff of stock requirements
- Ensure shop is always clean, tidy and displays are attractive
Required profile
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Good organisational skills
- Patient and well‑controlled when dealing with clients
- Customer‑focused attitude
- Flexible and able to work shifts
