Tax Manager – Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance

About the role

First Floor Financial Engineering SA is seeking an ambitious Tax Manager to lead client engagements across a wide range of corporate tax matters. You will work directly with senior executives, finance teams and business owners, managing compliance projects and providing technical advisory support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients across various industries.
• Supervise and review corporate tax compliance obligations, including Corporate Income Tax, VAT, withholding taxes and other indirect taxes.
• Provide technical tax advisory support on complex business transactions.
• Review tax calculations, tax provisions and annual tax filings.
• Support clients during tax audits and interactions with tax authorities.
• Identify tax risks and opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
• Participate in tax due diligence and transaction support projects.
• Advise clients on tax implications of business restructuring initiatives.
• Monitor developments in Greek tax legislation and communicate impacts to clients.
• Collaborate with accounting, payroll and advisory teams on multidisciplinary engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or related field.
• 5‑8 years of professional experience in corporate tax.
• Strong experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory services.
• Excellent understanding of Greek tax legislation and corporate tax regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English.
