Global O2C Collections Analyst & Dispute Management (French) – 12‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role

The Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) Collections Analyst will join Pfizer's Global Finance & Business Services organization, supporting customer collections, dispute resolution and working‑capital optimisation across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse accounts receivable balances, execute dunning and collection activities via email, letters and calls.
• Coordinate account resolution with internal stakeholders and manage inbound billing inquiries.
• Maintain the AR sub‑ledger, process adjustments, write‑offs and support SAP PC control activities.
• Process customer refunds and contribute to AR KPI reporting.
• Research and resolve open disputes, manage escalations and ensure seamless hand‑offs to Cash Application, Credit Risk, AR Accounting and other hubs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (preferred).
• Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
• Up to 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections or broader O2C processes.
• Experience in a financial shared‑services environment and multicultural teams is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with SAP ERP systems; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ISC, FSCM Collections Management and Dispute Management is advantageous.
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Fiori and Power Query.
