Risk Analyst

About the role

Join Global Payments' Enterprise Risk Management team in Athens to help shape the future of global commerce. You will support the Risk function, maintain risk appetite documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Support risk policies, prepare reports and presentations, and maintain the risk appetite and tolerance thresholds.
• Monitor operational risk events, update key risk indicators, and liaise with business units to strengthen controls.
• Maintain the annual Risk and Control Self‑Assessment register and manage ICT vendor inventory per EBA and DORA guidelines.
• Oversee Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans and respond to audit requests.

Required profile

• University degree in business administration, economics or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of risk management experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English, strong analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ICT/security frameworks such as DORA, ISO/IEC 27001 and PCI DSS.
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools and vendor risk evaluation.
