Portfolio Management Associate

About the role

Join Intrum Investments Greece as a Portfolio Management Associate and support the management of distressed loan and REO portfolios. You will work closely with the Portfolio Manager, monitoring performance, preparing analyses, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management of distressed portfolios and monitor performance.
• Prepare regular management reports, analyses, presentations and ad‑hoc reports.
• Track loan and REO servicers against KPIs and assist in collection performance reviews.
• Assist in portfolio segmentation, allocation models, recovery strategies and customer settlement proposals.
• Liaise with Legal, Finance, Compliance, Investments, Operations and external partners to ensure timely information exchange.
• Maintain portfolio databases, support forecasting, budgeting and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in portfolio management, banking, debt/NPL servicing, investments or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools.
