About the role

efood is seeking a Talent Growth & Performance Partner to join its People & Development team. In this senior HR position you will shape talent development and performance management at scale, working closely with leaders and HR colleagues across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and elevate core people frameworks such as performance management, coaching, and mentoring.
• Partner with global teams, leadership, and HR to align priorities, influence stakeholders, and embed a culture of growth and accountability.
• Design, launch and execute high‑impact development initiatives, including leadership training and scalable learning solutions.
• Introduce modern learning technologies and AI tools to increase effectiveness and reach.
• Use data and insights to continuously improve talent outcomes and contribute to overall employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management or a related field.
• Proven track record partnering with senior stakeholders to drive people initiatives.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development and performance management programs.
• Ability to link learning and talent initiatives to business strategy and retention goals.
• Comfortable using data to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
