Systems Administrator – End‑User & Endpoint Management

About the role

As a Systems Administrator you will provide high‑quality end‑user support and help secure and optimise the technology environment for Bally’s Intralot. You will work with both onsite and remote users, including VIPs and senior stakeholders, ensuring fast issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote technical support to end users.
• Act as primary support technician for VIPs and senior stakeholders.
• Manage and support Windows 11 and macOS devices in the corporate environment.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Deploy and manage endpoints using Intune, Autopilot and JAMF.
• Handle software deployments, patching, OS imaging and lifecycle management.
• Maintain hardware inventory, provisioning and decommissioning.
• Collaborate on technology rollouts, testing and implementation projects.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Support AV and video‑conferencing systems.
• Record and manage support tickets through help‑desk tools following escalation procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field (asset).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in End‑User Computing or IT Support.
• Strong communication skills in Greek and English.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Windows 11 and macOS administration.
• Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Entra ID.
• Endpoint management tools: Intune, Autopilot, JAMF.
• OS imaging, software packaging, patch management.
• Help‑desk systems (e.g., Jira) and escalation processes.
• Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• AV and video‑conferencing system support.
