System Administrator / Engineer

About the role

European Dynamics is looking for an experienced System Administrator/Engineer to join its Greece team and support international projects. You will be responsible for maintaining and securing the company’s IT infrastructure while ensuring high availability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain operating systems, security tools, applications, and servers.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues.
• Implement and manage access controls, backups, firewalls, and other security measures.
• Install and configure software and hardware components.
• Manage network, server, and technology tools, ensuring optimal performance.

Required profile

• University degree in IT or a related field.
• Strong command of English.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in server‑side technology and networked computing systems.
• Demonstrated experience with Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of enterprise backup and recovery procedures and system performance‑monitoring tools.
• Experience with virtualization technologies.
