Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead software development projects within Evolution Projects. The role involves coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver high‑quality, innovative solutions on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with relevant stakeholders and verify technical feasibility.
• Secure resource availability and allocate them appropriately.
• Create detailed project plans, track progress and manage changes in scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using suitable tools and report results to management.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third‑party vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project management, coordination or a similar role.
• Strong client‑facing, written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate activities, maintain schedules, track deliverables and follow up with internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of project risks, budgets, documentation and status reporting.
