Swedish-Speaking Customer Service Agent

About the role

We are seeking a Swedish‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join our international team based in Athens. In this position you will assist customers with inquiries, claims, repairs, replacements and warranty questions, ensuring clear and empathetic communication.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and chat, providing status updates on claims.
• Coordinate repairs and replacements for electronics and appliances.
• Answer questions about warranty coverage, terms and services.
• Manage complaints, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records, case notes and follow GDPR and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Native‑level or C1 proficiency in Swedish.
• Strong communication, active listening and customer‑focused attitude.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to handle challenging interactions professionally.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Advanced PC skills with confidence using Windows, Android and Chrome.
• Proficiency with standard office software.
• Experience with CRM or customer management systems (advantageous).
• Typing speed of at least 25 wpm with 85 % accuracy.
