Sustainability & Climate Change Associate – Athens

About the role

We are looking for a Sustainability & Climate Change Associate to join our Athens team. The role supports clients in ESG reporting, sustainability strategy implementation and ESG data management, helping them meet regulatory standards and drive real change.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with sustainability reporting aligned with standards such as GRI, ESRS and EU Taxonomy.
• Coordinate and manage ESG information requests, ensuring high‑quality outputs and meeting deadlines.
• Conduct market research, prepare presentations and collect ESG data for reports and ratings.
• Support the development of sustainability proposals and participate in client workshops.
• Monitor global ESG trends, standards and certifications, providing insights to the team.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Engineering or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of client‑facing advisory experience in ESG, sustainability or climate change.
• Proven experience with sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, ESRS, ATHEX ESG, etc.).
• Strong analytical, research and report‑writing abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek.
