Sustainability & Environmental Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Sustainability & Environmental Manager to lead and coordinate our environmental and sustainability initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance, drive projects, and support reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate company‑wide sustainability and environmental activities, ensuring objectives are met.
• Monitor relevant legislation, regulations, and standards, informing the business of important changes.
• Assess regulatory impacts and coordinate appropriate actions with stakeholders.
• Manage cross‑departmental sustainability projects and external collaborations.
• Collect, analyse, and consolidate environmental data for reporting, KPIs, and disclosures.
• Prepare and coordinate sustainability reports and related documentation.
• Provide guidance on environmental matters to colleagues and management.
• Organise internal awareness and training initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with consultants, auditors, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the company’s sustainability strategy.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (M.A./M.Sc.) in sustainability, environmental management, environmental sciences, climate, engineering, business or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in environmental management or sustainability.
• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently on multiple topics and drive progress.
