Strategy Associate (Energy Regulation)

About the role

PwC Greece is seeking a Strategy Associate to join its Energy Regulation practice in Athens. You will work on complex, high‑impact projects that help top‑level clients navigate the evolving energy landscape and regulatory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of energy market models and regulatory frameworks.
• Conduct corporate strategy and business‑planning analyses for energy‑focused organisations.
• Assess emerging green technologies and innovative market instruments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver insights and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Contribute to thought‑leadership pieces and client presentations.

Required profile

• Strong academic background (Bachelor’s and/or Master’s) in an energy‑related discipline from a Greek or foreign university.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to structure and solve complex problems.
• Motivation to make an impact and drive independent work within a team setting.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English, written and verbal.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive attitude toward learning.
