Store Team Leader – Retail Energy Store

About the role

The Public Power Corporation (PPC) is seeking a Store Team Leader for its Patras location. You will drive a customer‑centric strategy, manage store operations and lead a team to deliver fast, efficient service in the energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and strengthen the company’s customer‑centric strategy to enhance the overall store experience.
• Monitor sales performance, ensure targets are met, and guide improvements in line with company pricing policy.
• Handle customer requests and complaints, providing accurate information on pricing, consumption and billing, and forward issues to relevant network units.
• Oversee financial and administrative tasks including collections, inventory management and record‑keeping.
• Lead, train and motivate store personnel, fostering team spirit and ensuring continuous development.
• Ensure health and safety measures are applied and maintain the store’s commercial image.

Required profile

• Minimum High School Diploma.
• At least five years of relevant experience, including two years in a supervisory or managerial role in sales, customer service or store management.
• Experience in retail, energy, telecommunications or similar service supply chains is a plus.
• Availability for urgent geographical relocations and flexible working hours.
