Regional Field Sales Manager

About the role

The Regional Field Sales Manager will enhance the effectiveness of the field sales team by providing the right tools and insights, ensuring high‑standard performance and expanding Red Bull’s brand presence across traditional and organized trade.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Field Sales Business Plan for the assigned territory, manage KPIs and ensure achievement of store coverage, distribution and promotional plans.
• Define the store universe, drive Perfect Store execution, manage POS placement and support brand distribution across traditional and organized trade.
• Provide field tools, data reporting and continuous improvement by analyzing field data, gathering feedback and translating insights into actions.
• Lead, coach and develop the Field Sales team, set clear expectations and monitor performance.
• Communicate sales updates, product launches and promotions, and create sales collateral for the field team and retailers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Field Sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to build, motivate and develop high‑performing teams.
• Effective coaching and feedback delivery skills.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive beverage or consumer goods markets.
• Strategic thinking with ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Resilience and adaptability in dynamic market conditions.
• Ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
