Store Representative – Marousi

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Store Representative to join our Hilti Store in Marousi. In this position you will be the face of Hilti, helping customers discover and purchase innovative construction solutions while ensuring a high‑quality retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the Hilti brand and actively sell products and services to walk‑in customers.
• Consult with customers and prospects, providing technical advice and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Manage store inventory, process orders and maintain accurate sales records.
• Update and maintain the customer database and handle administrative tasks.
• Collaborate daily with local team members to achieve sales targets and ensure total customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven retail sales experience with a strong sales manner.
• Passion for new technological solutions and a dynamic, energetic personality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with SAP for order and inventory management.
