Store Manager – Retail Jewelry

About the role

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our new jewelry store in Chania, Crete. The role combines full‑cycle store operations with team leadership, ensuring an outstanding omnichannel shopping experience and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store activities, including sales, floor set‑ups, inventory, orders and POSM.
• Plan and assign daily, weekly and monthly tasks, monitoring completion and compliance.
• Manage staff scheduling, ensuring fair rotation, punctuality and professional appearance.
• Coach and evaluate sales associates, providing regular feedback and fostering motivation.
• Recruit, onboard and train new team members, identifying high‑performers for career development.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, legal requirements and operational standards.
• Handle customer service issues, complaints, refunds, stock management and after‑sales support for both online and offline channels.
