Senior Sales Manager – Commercial Department (Crete)

About the role

Iberostar Group is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join its Commercial department in Crete. Reporting to the local Sales Director, you will help shape and execute the commercial strategy for two flagship hotels, driving revenue growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Director in developing annual business plans, budgets and forecasts for the hotel portfolio.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Operations and regional stakeholders to optimise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
• Analyse market dynamics and destination insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate cross‑departmental actions with Marketing, Global Sales and corporate teams.
• Support the preparation of commercial action plans and monitor performance against GOP targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial sales within the hospitality or tourism sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with a larger regional team.

Required skills

• Revenue Management concepts (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR).
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Commercial planning and execution.
