The successful candidate supports the team in daily operations, ensures the store delivers exceptional service and meets its sales goals, and takes responsibility for the store's day-to-day operations and overall management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales goals and objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer questions and resolving issues.
• Maintain product displays, signage and merchandising standards throughout the store.
• Assist in training and onboarding new employees so they can join a knowledgeable team.
• Monitor inventory levels and help manage stock replenishment and orders.
• Carry out regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• University degree required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
