Sales Executive - Direct Retail

About the role

Ayvens, a provider of full-service leasing, subscription and fleet management services, is looking for a Sales Executive for its direct retail business in Marousi. The role mainly handles incoming calls from prospects about leasing services, follows each lead through to the end of the sale and keeps close contact with clients to increase penetration. The postholder also advises customers on choosing a vehicle that fits their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming client requests and leads
• Offer the most suitable proposal according to each customer's needs
• Prepare quotations, proposals, acceptances and collect financial documentation
• Register prospect and client data accurately and on time in the company's CRM
• Follow up all implementation steps until car delivery
• Handle customer requests and resolve complaints
• Stay aware of industry trends, market activity and competitors to suggest product improvements or new products

Required profile

• 3-5 years of previous sales experience
• Telephone sales experience is an asset
• Bachelor's degree is an asset
• Very good command of Greek and English, written and spoken
• Enthusiastic, results-oriented and able to work under pressure

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong listening skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• PC literacy and familiarity with digital technologies
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
