Direct Retail Account Management Executive

About the role

Ayvens is looking for a Direct Retail Account Management Executive in Marousi. As the main point of contact for existing customers, the executive provides customer support, planning and implementation expertise for each account, develops client relationships and runs a proactive sales process based on a deep understanding of the account.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to customers and propose the best solution for their needs
• Contact customers proactively to renew cooperation and maximise the sales renewal rate
• Monitor all steps needed to manage the overall account relationship and act as a customer advocate, handling complaints effectively
• Use judgement to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day tasks, including non-selling activities
• Learn quickly about clients and stay up to date with fleet management and automotive industry trends
• Contribute to improving processes and services, and implement the Ayvens loyalty plan and annual visit plan

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Economics, Business or Finance
• At least 3 years of professional experience at an equivalent level, preferably in B2B services
• Good knowledge of the automotive industry and very good command of English
• Customer service mentality, strong rapport-building and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions

• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
