Store Manager - Golden Hall

About the role

Guess, a global fashion brand, is looking for a Store Manager for its Golden Hall outlet in Marousi. The manager supports the team in day-to-day operations, ensures the store delivers excellent service and meets its sales targets, and leads the overall management of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales goals and objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues.
• Maintain product displays, signage and merchandising standards across the store.
• Assist in training and onboarding new employees so they are fully knowledgeable.
• Monitor inventory levels and help manage stock replenishment and orders.
• Carry out regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• University diploma required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
