About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Store Assistant to join our flagship KORRES boutique in Syntagma, Athens. You will work in an international, fast‑moving environment, providing personalized beauty advice and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and loyalty through personalized service and follow‑up.
• Demonstrate and promote KORRES products, highlighting features and benefits.
• Assist customers in selecting the right skincare or makeup items for their skin type and preferences.
• Achieve sales targets by actively promoting and selling products.
• Provide expert advice on skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
• Deliver beauty services such as make‑overs, skincare consultations, and product demonstrations.
• Handle customer complaints and returns, aiming for full satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area, including product displays and testers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Literacy in foreign languages.
• Excellent communication and customer‑engagement skills.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with ability to meet targets.
• Previous retail or beauty‑industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare and beauty product ingredients and benefits.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
