Business Development Manager – Collision (Greece & Balkans)

About the role

The Business Development Manager – Collision will lead the promotion and expansion of PPG’s Business Solution services across Greece and the Balkans, focusing on bodyshop audits, data analysis, and quick‑repair offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Master the product and service portfolio and develop compelling commercial arguments.
• Promote and roll out the “Business Solution” service offering (bodyshop audit, data analysis, quick repair, etc.).
• Develop and monitor a portfolio of A and B bodyshops to achieve net‑wins objectives.
• Build business relationships with potential customers and work with Technical Account Managers to convert opportunities into wins.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to grow market share in key accounts using national OEM and influencer agreements.
• Identify and secure new OEM approvals and national/regional commercial agreements in partnership with the BDM team.
• Manage sales relationships and administration with distributors, coordinating roll‑on activities with TAMs.
• Promote and sell fee‑paying technical trainings for bodyshops and distributors.
• Conduct cost‑benefit analyses in compliance with internal rules.
• Maintain up‑to‑date prospect and customer databases, including contracts and product lines.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in sales methods and ability to negotiate and convince customers.
• Proven ability to perform personalized customer‑needs analysis and deliver results.
• In‑depth product, non‑paint, colour and IT knowledge with a solid understanding of bodyshop repair processes.
• Business knowledge of the bodyshop industry and its key performance indicators.
• Excellent organizational and priority‑management skills.
• Relational comfort, curiosity, adaptability, and strong listening and teaching abilities.
