Storage Supervisor

About the role

The Storage Supervisor ensures smooth back‑of‑house operations at Fouquet’s Mykonos by managing the hotel’s central storage and receiving areas. This role guarantees that all inventory is handled with precision, supporting the daily performance of the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the central storage and receiving zones, maintaining efficiency and organization.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Store, label, rotate, and preserve inventory in line with company procedures and hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchasing Department for timely replenishment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Issue materials, supplies, and equipment to hotel departments with proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Barrière Group procedures, health and safety regulations, and internal inventory policies.
• Supervise, train, and monitor the performance of the store team.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages promptly.
• Prepare inventory and stock movement reports to support operational and financial controls.

Required profile

• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Leadership skills to guide and train store staff.
