About the role
Barrière is looking for motivated Housekeeping Staff to join its luxury resort on Paraga Beach, Mykonos. You will be part of a team that maintains the high standards of cleanliness and service expected at this exclusive Mediterranean retreat.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the organization and administrative management of the Housekeeping department.
- Ensure the quality of room service and overall guest experience.
- Adjust staff schedules according to business activity.
- Supervise, motivate, lead, plan and oversee all Housekeeping personnel.
- Guarantee compliance with Barrière Group procedures and LQA standards.
- Act as General Housekeeper in the absence of the General Housekeeper.
- Train and welcome new employees.
Required profile
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
