STEM & Educational Robotics Educator

About the role

The STEM & Educational Robotics Educator will join Koutsantonis Educational Group in Pallíni to design and deliver hands‑on STEM and robotics lessons for learners of various ages. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on fostering problem‑solving, critical thinking, and digital literacy through engaging, technology‑driven activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot robotics equipment and educational technology.
• Guide learners through project‑based challenges, providing support and feedback.
• Assess learning outcomes and report progress to coordinators and, when appropriate, families.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create new STEM and robotics programs.
• Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Solid background in education or teaching with experience in STEM or robotics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; teaching certification is a plus.
• Ability to create inclusive, learner‑centered environments and manage classrooms respectfully.
• Reliability for on‑site work in Pallíni and willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.

Required skills

• Experience with educational robotics platforms such as LEGO Education, Arduino, or micro:bit.
• Basic programming concepts and comfort using educational technology.
