Solution Architect – Technology Consulting

About the role

EY is looking for a Solution Architect to join its Technology Consulting practice in Greece. You will work in multidisciplinary teams delivering IT strategy, architecture, implementation support and software design for financial and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver one or more technology solutions or projects with a focus on quality and risk management.
• Drive continuous process improvement and identify innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Supervise junior team members and, where required, manage professional staff to deliver complex technical initiatives.
• Apply deep technical expertise to interpret internal and external issues and recommend high‑quality solutions.
• Meet performance objectives related to client service, quality, risk management, sales growth and solution development.

Required profile

• Strong academic background with at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably a master’s, in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology/Systems or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering IT solutions or projects.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior colleagues and collaborate across borders.
• Commitment to EY’s quality standards and risk‑aware delivery.
