Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to take charge of our digital presence and strengthen brand value. The role focuses on content creation, digital storytelling, and audience engagement within the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media and digital marketing campaigns to drive visibility, traffic, and audience engagement.
• Create compelling content (videos, visuals, copy, infographics) tailored to each platform.
• Manage daily scheduling and posting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other channels.
• Actively engage with online communities and respond to enquiries across channels.
• Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Maintain and update company websites, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Monitor market trends and competitors, recommending strategic improvements.
• Collaborate with management to plan brand campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Support SEO strategy and execute paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta and booking platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Minimum four years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities; copywriting experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with key platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and X (Twitter).
• Excellent organizational, planning and multitasking skills.
