Site Reliability & DevOps Engineer

About the role

Kaizen Gaming is looking for an experienced Site Reliability & DevOps Engineer to join its SRE team. You will work with cross‑functional software engineering groups to design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable services that support millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Enable and improve day‑to‑day operational workflows for critical applications in a 24x7 environment across cloud and physical data centres.
• Continuously enhance observability, monitoring and alerting to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
• Design and implement fault‑tolerant, high‑performance services and pipelines using open‑source technologies.
• Maintain and support automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience building and operating scalable production environments.
• Strong background in continuous integration and delivery tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Proficient scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python, Go, Ruby).
• Hands‑on experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Familiarity with IaC tools such as Ansible, Chef or Terraform.
• Experience with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Logstash, Grafana) and programming in Java or .Net.
• AI‑first mindset, actively leveraging AI tools to boost productivity.
