SEO Strategist

About the role

KINESSO is seeking an SEO Strategist to define and drive advanced SEO strategies that boost organic growth for enterprise‑level, multinational clients. Reporting to the SEO Manager, you will work closely with Paid Media, Data & Analytics, Creative, Ecommerce, and Development teams to ensure SEO is fully integrated into multi‑channel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive SEO strategies covering technical, content, and authority‑building aspects for large, multi‑national websites.
• Conduct advanced keyword, market, and competitive research to shape recommendations and forecast outcomes.
• Perform detailed technical SEO audits and lead on‑page/off‑page optimization projects.
• Provide strategic guidance to Senior SEO Specialists and SEO Specialists to align their work with overall objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to embed SEO into broader marketing initiatives.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and adjust strategies proactively.
• Prepare and deliver high‑impact strategy presentations to clients and internal leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and executing SEO strategies for enterprise‑scale websites.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting strategies and collaborating across teams.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and act as a go‑to SEO expert.
