Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Mindshare is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join its award‑winning team and drive digital performance for one of Greece’s largest advertisers. You will shape and execute data‑driven campaigns across multiple platforms, turning insights into measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital performance campaigns end‑to‑end, from set‑up and launch to optimisation, budget management and reporting.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Execute campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Bing, delivering implementation and actionable insights.
• Handle day‑to‑day client interactions, including performance reporting, recommendations and live meetings.
• Transform campaign data into clear insights that support smarter marketing decisions.
• Apply best practices consistently while exploring new tools and innovative approaches.

Required profile

• 3–4+ years of hands‑on experience with Google Ads solutions, preferably for performance‑driven or e‑commerce clients.
• 1–2 years of experience with Meta advertising solutions.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Bing and/or LinkedIn advertising platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Excellent command of English for communication and presentations.
