Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us turn media spend into measurable business growth. If you’re comfortable working hands‑on across paid media platforms, enjoy digging into data and know how to turn campaign insights into smarter decisions, this role could be a great fit.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Own day‑to‑day campaign performance and continuously optimise towards ROAS, CPA, conversions and overall efficiency.
• Manage and allocate media budgets based on performance and business priorities.
• Monitor key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, reach and frequency.
• Build performance reports and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Develop and optimise prospecting, remarketing and audience strategies.
• Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, campaign structures and landing pages.
• Contribute to full‑funnel digital strategies, from awareness to conversion.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Social Media, CRM and other Marketing teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, paid media or digital marketing.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data.
• Understanding of attribution, customer journeys and digital funnels.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership and a proactive approach.
• Very good command of English.
