Senior Travel Sales Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Travel Sales Manager who will work exclusively in French to drive B2B sales, manage client accounts, and support business development for travel projects focused on Greece.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients, understand travel needs, and deliver tailored proposals and itineraries.
• Prepare and present detailed presentations in French, negotiate rates, and manage budgets.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, event venues, and other suppliers to secure optimal arrangements.
• Provide emergency support for travelers throughout their journeys in Greece.
• Handle post‑travel follow‑up, gather feedback, and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with accounting for invoicing and supplier payments.
• Monitor market trends and identify new B2B opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years experience in the tourism industry, with at least 8 years in a travel agency.
• Fluent French – able to work, write presentations, and negotiate entirely in French.
• Strong sales orientation, client‑focused mindset, and proven problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience managing B2B accounts from inquiry through after‑sales.
