Senior Production Supervisor – Manufacturing

About the role

Join Stryker’s manufacturing team in Greece, where you will lead daily production activities in a regulated medical-device environment. The role blends hands-on involvement with leadership to ensure product quality, efficiency, and compliance with established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise production personnel to ensure adherence to manufacturing procedures and output targets.
• Monitor production processes to maintain defined quality and efficiency standards.
• Assign resources and coordinate staffing to meet production build plans.
• Support the development and execution of production schedules and build plans.
• Train new operators on manufacturing processes, equipment use, and procedures.
• Record and maintain accurate production data and build records for traceability.
• Set up, adjust, and operate production equipment to support manufacturing activities.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and collaborate with engineering on resolutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience supervising or directing personnel in manufacturing.
• Experience in a medical-device manufacturing environment.
• General knowledge of cleanroom procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
