Senior Mechanical Development Engineer

About the role

Intracom Defense (IDE) is seeking a Senior Mechanical Development Engineer to lead the design and development of cutting‑edge defence products. You will work on complete product cycles, from requirement definition to prototype testing and final installation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components for tactical communication, missile electronics, surveillance, and unmanned platforms.
• Perform structural, frequency response, durability, and thermal analyses using FEA and CFD tools.
• Create technical data packages, oversee prototype manufacturing, integration, and testing.
• Define manufacturing processes, tooling, and material specifications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Proven ability to manage full development cycles in a defence or high‑tech environment.
