Critical Utilities & Infrastructure Technician

About the role

As a Critical Utilities & Infrastructure Technician you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the site’s utilities, infrastructure and buildings, supporting production equipment installations to ensure reliable, uninterrupted operation in compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on utilities equipment and building systems according to schedule.
• Provide technical solutions, identify spare parts, and design components for utilities such as steam, compressed air, HVAC, electricity and purified water.
• Respond to technical issues to maintain high equipment availability and minimize impact on quality, safety or product supply.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, Packaging, Supply Chain, EHS teams and external contractors to deliver effective solutions.

Required profile

• Degree or technical education in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Hands‑on experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in pharmaceutical or food process industry.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Ability to work in shift patterns and strong safety mindset.

Required skills

• Mechanical engineering principles.
• Industrial maintenance of utilities systems (steam, compressed air, HVAC, electricity, purified water).
• Use of SAP in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements and good engineering practices.
