Junior Buyer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Buyer to support procurement operations and ensure the timely availability of materials required for production in a fast‑paced, engineering‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle purchasing activities to ensure on‑time sourcing of materials for production needs.
• Maintain and update purchasing documentation, including purchase requests, purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
• Monitor supplier performance and perform necessary follow‑ups to ensure successful order completion.
• Identify potential new suppliers and contribute to building an international vendor network.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Production, Finance) to align procurement with operational requirements.
• Support sourcing processes, including price comparisons and supplier communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mineral Resources, Chemical, Environmental, Materials Science, Electrical/Electronics).
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar procurement or purchasing role.
• Good understanding of sourcing and procurement processes.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Structured and methodical working style with clear communication.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Fluency in English.
• ERP experience (Dynamics 365 F&O is a plus).
