About the role

Flexi is looking for a senior Frontend Engineer who loves building robust, high‑performance web applications. You will work on modern, responsive interfaces using React and Next.js, ensuring they are fast, reliable, and accessible for users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance applications with React and Next.js.
• Guarantee reliability, scalability, and maintainability of frontend systems.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver polished, user‑focused solutions.
• Champion best practices such as performance tuning, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving frontend technologies and industry trends.

Required profile

• Deep proficiency in React.js and Next.js with modern frontend architecture knowledge.
• Solid experience with TypeScript and styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with advanced state‑management tools such as Redux or Zustand.
• Proven expertise in performance optimization, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Comfortable using Git and working in agile development environments.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for clean, well‑tested, reusable code.
