Senior Corporate Communications Executive – Social & Employer Branding

About the role

Kaizen Gaming is looking for a Senior Corporate Communications Executive to lead its Social and Employer Branding initiatives. You will own the company’s external presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, shaping a consistent and authentic narrative for candidates, employees, partners and the public. Reporting to the Internal Communications & Employer Branding Manager, you will work closely with global teams to amplify the Kaizen Gaming brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the editorial calendar for all external social channels, planning, producing and publishing content that reflects both corporate and employer brand voices.
• Create employer‑brand stories by identifying employee protagonists, coordinating shoots, writing copy and ensuring authentic cultural representation.
• Produce corporate brand content that showcases Kaizen Gaming’s values, leadership and reputation, distinct from the Betano product brand.
• Plan and execute employer‑brand and corporate campaigns end‑to‑end, briefing local and international agencies and aligning with communications teams across markets.
• Own candidate‑facing communications on social and digital platforms to support the recruitment pipeline.
• Manage community engagement and moderate interactions across all social channels.
• Govern external‑facing platforms including the corporate website, careers site and candidate communications, maintaining structure, content strategy and brand integrity.
• Develop and run an employee‑advocacy programme, identifying and equipping brand ambassadors throughout the organisation.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in corporate communications and employer branding.
• Strong strategic and creative mindset for building and executing social media programmes.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams.
