Business Support & Digital Communications Trainee

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson as a Business Support & Digital Communications Trainee, working closely with the General Manager and cross‑functional leaders. This 12‑month program offers hands‑on exposure to digital communications, product data management, business operations, and executive support in a leading healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support digital communication initiatives on LinkedIn and other channels, create posts, maintain the communications calendar and track engagement metrics.
• Maintain product information across digital platforms, coordinate data collection with Marketing, Commercial, Regulatory and Supply Chain teams, and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager and leadership team, including meeting organization, agenda preparation and travel coordination.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects by developing reports, dashboards and process‑improvement tools.

Required profile

• University student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital technologies, communications, business operations and healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Proactive, organized, detail‑oriented and able to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of AI‑driven productivity tools (optional).
