Senior Architect

About the role

K-Studio, a creative studio of architects and interior designers in central Athens, is looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead design and project delivery across a range of typologies. The role combines conceptual development, technical detailing, and on‑site coordination to ensure design integrity from concept to construction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and contribute to high‑quality design throughout all project phases, from master‑planning to interior fit‑out.
• Produce and review advanced 2D and 3D documentation using Rhino and Revit.
• Coordinate internal design teams and external consultants, managing communication with clients and consultants.
• Support on‑site implementation, providing construction documentation and on‑site assistance to maintain design intent.
• Lead project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional architectural experience.
• Degree in Architecture (or equivalent).
• Proven track record of managing projects from concept through construction, especially in hospitality and high‑end residential sectors.
• Strong English communication skills.

Required skills

• High‑level proficiency in Rhino (2D/3D).
• High‑level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• High‑level proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with NOK and planning procedures.
• Post‑graduate degree or knowledge of Archicad is a plus.
