Senior Account Manager

About the role

Temenos is seeking a Senior Account Manager to partner with banking customers on their digital transformation journeys. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients unlock the full value of Temenos’ SaaS, cloud and subscription‑based solutions while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate Temenos’ digital‑first portfolio through value‑based selling, building business cases and ROI analyses.
• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across customer organisations.
• Position Temenos as a strategic partner by demonstrating commercial and technology benefits of digital banking solutions.
• Lead SaaS, cloud and subscription propositions, outlining adoption outcomes, commercial impact and long‑term growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams on cloud readiness, adoption planning, usage expansion, renewals and customer‑success alignment.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, provide accurate revenue forecasts and balance short‑term delivery with long‑term account growth.
• Create and execute comprehensive account plans that address tactical and strategic objectives.
• Represent Temenos at customer meetings, industry forums and external events as a digital‑banking expert.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of the financial services industry, market trends and emerging innovations.
• Proven track record selling complex, high‑value digital, CRM, SaaS, cloud or banking technology solutions.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior decision‑makers.
• Excellent analytical skills for developing business cases and ROI models.
