Seasonal Concierge

About the role

We are seeking a seasonal Concierge to join the Four Seasons Resort Mykonos team. In this guest‑focused position you will be the primary point of contact for visitors, providing personalized assistance and ensuring memorable experiences throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with professionalism and hospitality, handling all interactions and special requests.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries about hotel services, operating hours, events, directions and local attractions.
• Resolve complaints and issues, offering solutions that enhance satisfaction.
• Process incoming and outgoing packages, messages and mail accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up‑to‑date desk collateral, including restaurant guides, attraction maps and local activity information.
• Collaborate harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors, adhering to Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two work rules.
• Stay informed about available activities, venues and experiences on Mykonos to provide informed recommendations.

• Ability to assess guest needs, provide tailored recommendations and handle special requests.
• Excellent communication skills and a courteous demeanor.
• Team‑oriented attitude with respect for company policies and standards.
• Knowledge of local attractions, dining venues and cultural experiences on Mykonos.
