Seasonal Assistant Waiter/ess at Taverna 37

About the role

Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is looking for a highly engaged Assistant Waiter/ess to join the Taverna 37 team for the 2026 season. The position is a seasonal, fixed‑term role lasting a minimum of six to seven months, focused on delivering authentic Greek hospitality in a relaxed seaside taverna setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in describing and presenting menu items, including food and beverage, to guests in an engaging manner.
• Communicate guest orders, including special requests, to the kitchen and coordinate timely delivery.
• Support table setup, breakdown, and maintenance of buffets, food stations, and service areas.
• Retrieve and stock linen, china, silver, glassware, and other food‑and‑beverage supplies.
• Serve appetizers, coffee, tea and other items as required.

Required profile

• Highly engaged and motivated to support the wait staff.
• Ability to deliver seamless service that highlights authentic Greek hospitality.
• Willingness to work onsite for the full seasonal contract period.
